Wanda and her family have worked tirelessly to turn this property into a beautiful spot! We had our wedding reception here and it was beautiful. We also got ready and took pictures at the house, which made for a beautiful setting. The groom's get ready area even had an xbox for the guys to play on while we girls finished getting ready. There was no detail forgotten or overlooked, and everyone worked so hard to give us a lovely reception, without needing very much of my input. Would definitely recommend!

We just had my sons wedding and reception here this past Saturday. My son and now wife live in New Mexico so the planning was a little more fragmented than if they lived locally. The decorations that Wanda had for us to use was a life saver and were absolutely gorgeous! To say it was perfect would be an understatement! It was like a fairytale! I worked everyday except one day before the wedding. Wanda responded to my calls and texts promptly and came up with the best ideas. She and her family made this a day we will never forget. The grounds are beautiful and the area where we held the wedding was under a canopy of trees that provided much needed shade and natural decor. There is not a bad place for pictures! The pavilion that we had the reception was transformed into pure elegance literally over night. The house has a beautiful shabby chic look for the girls not to mention the ultimate man cave for the men with plenty of setting rooms for other family members. We owe Wanda and her family a huge thank you for making my son and my daughter in law’s wedding simply breathtaking!

We had a church Thanksgiving party at Glendale Gardens tonight and were blown away by how beautiful it was! Wanda even set up tables and gorgeous centerpieces for the party. Everyone commented on the festive atmosphere. A wedding here would be absolutely stunning! 5 stars.

We chose this newly opened venue for West 84 Volunteer Fire Departments Christmas Party yesterday and were definitely NOT disappointed!! The owners were very pleasant, caring and so attentive! The food was delicious and oh my goodness the desserts looked stunning however, I had to stay away from that table!!! They had prepared the entire meal and everything was ready on time. The venue was elegantly decorated for Christmas which was so awesome for taking pictures! We will definitely be coming back again in the future!!!

This place is the best wedding and event venue I have been to in the area!!! The property is gorgeous. The barn was the perfect place for our 20th high school reunion. There was plenty of seating for our dinner, room for a dance floor, and the buffet was perfectly set up on the porch which was ideal for traffic flow. The property had so many sweet spaces for friends to go off and chat. We didn’t need to use any of the spaces inside the house, but were able to tour—it made me want to get married again just so I could get ready in that bridal suite!!! They thought of everything for us and could not have been more accommodating. Thank you so much, Glendale Gardens, for making our 20th reunion such an incredible night!!!

The venue is beautiful, from the cottage that has been renovated so beautifully, to the grounds, the ponds with a fountains, the enclosed pavilion that can be opened up wide, to the beautiful wedding ceremony area under the trees. We couldn't have picked a better place to hold our daughter and son in law's wedding. Mrs. Wanda Edwards is the sweetest, hard-working woman. She helped make the Hensley wedding a day we will never forget. I can't say enough about all the help she gave us.

My son and his fiancé (Adam and Kellie) had their wedding at Glendale Gardens on October 26th. We were planning on having it outside, but it was raining. As a mother who worried about everything, I was worrying about an arch for them to stand under. Should have know Wanda would have it covered. She had a rustic arch (which was perfect) for us to decorate. I cannot say enough about all the things Wanda and her daughter (Maria) took care of for us. You can rent a venue anywhere, but you won’t get the special touches and special attention that Glendale Gardens provides. I would highly recommend them. Elaine Gentry.
